CHINA: UPDATE ON STANDOFF AT SLAUGHTERHOUSE. Last night volunteers held firm in a standoff at a slaughterhouse. From my understanding volunteers ended up in meetings with local officials which went into the night. Plans were laid down for handling the dogs, starting with mandatory rabies vaccinations.
