Tonight we’ve set a three bedroom house in Palmerston North on fire to demonstrate just how quickly a house fire can take hold. The house was ear marked for demolition and donated to Fire and Emergency New Zealand for training purposes. In order to bring you this demonstration our crew underwent extensive fire safety training. Inside the house they were accompanied by six live fire trainers.
