Feb 17, 2023 · South West Water seem to giving away 100 litre and 200 litre water butt kits to customers again. Last year they ran out really fast so not sure how quick you need to be.

Jan 18, 2019 · My water supply pipe has caused lots of problems. I've has 2 leaks and been given an allowance by South West water. Reading through their blurb, if it leaks again, I have to pay. I've had the pipe replaced but there's still the chance it could leak in the future. The bill could be astronomical. What are my options?

Jul 12, 2020 · I contacted South west water to be put on there watersure capped tariff, they said they needed proof that I'm on a low income which I understand but then wanted 3 months bank statements, i questioned why they need these when I can prove I meet the eligibility criteria of a low income but they have refused to put me on that tariff unless I supply them.

Feb 23, 2011 · Easy for you to say. I too am with South West Water. I have a meter. We (2 adults 2 kids) are extremely efficient with water usage and yet my last bill was £165 for 3 months. When I lived in Coventry my water rates were £24 a month.

My retired parents live in a 3 bedroom council house with my sister who is incapable of looking after herself and they have just received their water bill estimate for the coming year. It is over £1200 with sewearge charges making up over £750 alone.
