Christian Horner has all but confirmed that Sergio Perez won’t be returning to Red Bull as an F1 driver next year. The Mexican has endured a dismal season on the track and has fallen to eighth in the standings after another substandard weekend at the Qatar Grand Prix.

Despite this, speaking after the Qatar GP, Horner confirmed that the decision to continue with the team was in Perez’s hands, as he provided an update on Red Bull's 2025 driver lineup.
