A first-half goal by Scott McTominay earned leaders Napoli a 1-0 win at Torino in Serie A on Sunday to keep them clear at the top of the standings.

Scott McTominay scored the only goal as Napoli won at Torino to extend their lead at the top of Serie A to four points. The Scotland midfielder struck on 31 minutes to give Napoli their second straight win since the international break. The 27-year-old now has four goals from 12 games since joining Napoli from Manchester United in August.

Napoli ground out a 1-0 win at Torino to ensure it will end the weekend still top of a tight Serie A table, while at least one of its opponents dropped points.
