Lauren Daigle was joined by her fellow Louisiana native Trombone Shorty for a New Orleans-flavored take on "America the Beautiful" ahead of the 2025 Super Bowl. Trombone Shorty kicked things off with a wailing trombone line before Daigle began singing the patriotic standard.

Louisiana natives Lauren Daigle and Trombone Shorty belted out “America the Beautiful” at the Super Bowl LIX on Sunday. The Kansas City Chiefs will face-off against the Philadelphia Eagles once again at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Before the most exciting football game of the year begins, many artists took the field to perform, including Trombone Shorty and Lauren Daigle, who collaborated for their rendition of "America the Beautiful.

Lauren Daigle is set to sing during the Super Bowl pre-game with New Orleans-native Trombone Shorty. Ledisi will also sing and Jon Batiste will perform the national anthem.

The 2025 Super Bowl will be held Sunday, February 9, at Louisiana’s Caesars Superdome. In addition to Daigle and Shorty, the NFL pregame will feature performances by Jon Batiste and Ledisi. (Batiste will belt the national anthem and Ledisi will croon “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”)
