Carlos Alcaraz defeated Alex de Minaur 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 in the final of the Rotterdam Open on Sunday, claiming a first indoor trophy of his career alongside titles on grass, clay and hardcourt.

Speaking on Eurosport, former French ace Nicolas Escudé analyzed Alcaraz's victory in Rotterdam: "He had never won a title indoors, so he needed a success like that.
