CINCINNATI — The Bengals are 4-8 following Sunday's 44-38 loss to the Steelers at Paycor Stadium. They fall to 1-7 in one-score games this season, with their lone win coming in Cleveland when the Browns scored a garbage time touchdown to trim Cincinnati's lead to 21-14.

Wilson went 29-of-38 passing for 414 yards (or 10.3 yards per completion) as the Steelers downed the Bengals, 44-38, Sunday at Paycor Stadium before a crowd of 66,112. Pittsburgh improved its AFC North-leading record to 9-3.

Cincinnati almost assuredly will miss the playoffs for the second straight year after it lost 44-38 to Russell Wilson and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Joe Burrow passed for 309 yards and three touchdowns, but it wasn't enough for the Bengals (4-8).
