UNC Bears wrestler Dom Serrano wins title, named outstanding wrestler at Southern Scuffle

Serrano, a four-time Colorado state champion at Windsor, won all five of his matches at the two-day event capped by a 5-4 decision upset over Braxton Brown of Maryland in the 133-pound final.
