SpaceX has finished its investigation into what went wrong on the seventh test flight of its Starship rocket, which ended with a dramatic explosion.
Both SpaceX and the Federal Aviation Administration have confirmed the Starlink 12-13 mission is targeting a late Sunday liftoff from Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex 40. SpaceX has confirmed they are targeting an 11:42 p.m. launch. Backup opportunities exist until 3:42 a.m. Monday.
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced the plan after the FAA laid off roughly 400 probationary employees.
