Highs on Monday will range from 28 to 33 degrees with wind chills in the 20s for most and possibly teens in the northern parts of the Triangle. A Cold Weather Advisory goes into effect starting at 10 pm Monday night to 10 am Tuesday as temperatures could hit single-digits with the wind chills.
