NFL Scouting Combine flew by in Indianapolis. We did not get to see Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward throw at Lucas Oil Stadium but much was learned about numerous prospects in town for the biggest convention in professional football.

Kentucky cornerback Maxwell Hairston posted the fastest 40-yard dash so far this week, 4.28 seconds, on the second day of workouts at the NFL's annual scouting combine in Indianapolis. He had the first time under 4.

Hairston, a three-star recruit coming out of West Bloomfield, was a team captain for the Wildcats in 2024 and was named Second-Team All-SEC.

The offensive linemen will be on the field to close the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sunday. NFL Network will televise the final-day workouts from the annual event from noon to 4 p.m. CST Sunday.

The 2025 NFL Scouting Combine is returning to Indianapolis for the 38th year from Feb. 25-March 2, 2025. More than 300 players eligible for the NFL Draft are invited to go through workouts at Lucas Oil Stadium, interview with teams and undergo medical tests.
