NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Titans have hired Mike Borgonzi as their fifteenth general manager. Borgonzi spent the last 16 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs and served as assistant general manager since 2021. He was one of six finalists who interviewed with the team this week.
Several outlets, including NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero, have reported that the Titans have hired Mike Borgonzi as their new general manager. Borgonzi spent 16 seasons with the Chiefs organization, most recently as the back-to-back Super Bowl-winning team’s assistant general manager since 2021.

Mike Borgonzi enters his 16th season with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2024. He was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2021 after serving three seasons as the club’s Director of Football Operations (2018-20) and three seasons as the club’s Director of Player Personnel (2017)/Co-Director of Player Personnel (2015-16).
