(WTRF) — The Trinity White Knights, a faction of the Ku Klux Klan, have reportedly been distributing flyers in parts of Ohio and northern Kentucky that threaten immigrants with deportation.

Civil Rights attorney Marc Mezibov warned restrictions on any speech would need to pass this type of high constitutional bar.
