Iga Swiatek made a very interesting comment following her latest dominant Australian Open win as the Pole says she kind of has "a ruthless mentality" on the court and that drives her to be her best but her goal isn't actually to be ruthless towards her rivals.

Not that Iga Swiatek needs the help during her dominant run through the Australian Open so far, but she did get the benefit of a no-call when she failed to reach a ball hit by her opponent Emma Navarro before it bounced twice.

Emma Navarro called for a change in the VAR rules after Iga Swiatek won a point despite a double bounce - and the American could not challenge because she continued to play the point. The Polish superstar scooped up the American’s drop shot at 2-2 in the second set and won the game point before going on to win 6-1 6-2.
