WASHINGTON – A bill to recover endangered fish species in the Upper Colorado River Basin and San Juan River Basin made it through U.S. Congress on Wednesday in a larger must-pass defense funding bill.
A bipartisan bill extending local endangered fish programs for seven years has been included in an annual defense spending bill that is headed to President Biden’s desk after passing through Congress.
