Police identified the 39-year-old Louisville woman wanted for shooting and killing another woman outside a McDonald's in downtown Louisville on New Year's Eve.  According to a post on the Louisville Metro Police Department's Facebook page,

Greater Louisville residents are invited to explore downtown attractions at reduced prices during the Downtown Hometown Tourist Celebration, returning Jan. 23 through Feb. 1. Half-off admission will be available at participating attractions for individuals with a valid Kentucky or Indiana ID, local college ID, or military ID.

"The most vibrant downtown districts — West Main Street, Whiskey Row, NuLu — are those with an active urban fabric and few 'missing teeth,'" according to a Louisville Downtown Partnership report, "such as surface parking lots and buildings with minimal first-floor activity or vacant upper floors used for storage."
