OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR) – Fire crews responded to a house fire in southeast Oklahoma City Wednesday morning. Officials say firefighters arrived at the home near SE 34th St. and Shields Blvd. sometime after 6 a.m. According to fire crews, there were flames when they arrived, but they were able to knock the flames down.

OKCFD and Nicoma Park FD responded to a vehicle/house fire at NE 36th St and Texas Ave late Saturday night. Firefighters arrived to the scene to a car with heavy flames that spread to a nearby mobile home.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to the blaze at a home near Southeast 34th Street near South Shields Boulevard. The cause of the fire is not yet known, but heavy flames were reported coming from the structure. This is a developing story.
