TNA World Champion Joe Hendry made his WWE debut at the 2025 Royal Rumble and is ready to make history with Roman Reigns and John Cena.

Triple H and Joe Hendry met up backstage at WWE Royal Rumble. Hendry, the reigning TNA World Champion, competed in the Men’s Royal Rumble match, and he clashed with some of WWE’s top stars. Roman Reigns eliminated him from the match.

Joe Hendry captured the TNA World Championship at TNA Genesis, and he recently made a surprise appearance in the 2025 men’s Royal Rumble match. While speaking with Ariel Helwani on “The Ariel Helwani Show,” Hendry opined on his 2025 Royal Rumble experience. He said,

Joe Hendry is the current TNA Wrestling World Champion. Thanks to the working relationship between WWE and TNA, Hendry entered the 2025 Royal Rumble at number 15. He got to do all of his signature spots, much to the delight of Sheamus, and would ultimately be eliminated by the man who entered the Royal Rumble right after him, Roman Reigns.
