On the way there, one of the passengers, a 25-year-old woman, was pronounced dead, police said. In an email to McClatchy News, Orange County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Sgt. Matt Timmins said the woman has been identified as Hong Ngoc Nguyen, who was visiting from Vietnam at the time of the crash.
