Two-way star Travis Hunter put an exclamation point on his Heisman Trophy case Friday, hauling in three touchdown passes and an interception in Colorado's 52-0 thrashing of Oklahoma State.

The Buffs went 65 yards on 11 plays on their first offensive possession, one that ended with a Shedeur Sanders touchdown pass to LaJohntay Wester, and CU capitalized on another Cowboys turnover — a fumble forced by Carter Stoutmire and recovered by Shilo Sanders — to take a 21-0 lead before the first quarter ended.

The Oklahoma State football team finished its season with a 52-0 road loss to Colorado on Friday. OSU (3-9, 0-9 Big 12) finished with a winless record in conference play for the first time since 1994,

Defensively, Colorado held Oklahoma State to 147 total yards, with Hunter and fellow cornerback DJ McKinney each snagging an interception. One year after finishing 4-8, the Buffs closed their second regular season under head coach Deion Sanders at 9-3 with a postseason bowl game still ahead.
