Hello everybody. I remember visiting Corfu last year and I saw a hotel which was situated on a small island. You had to take a boat to get to the island. I can not find the name of this hotel or where it is now. I believe it was somewhere near the port and the airport. If anyone has any ideas about this hotel I would appreciate any info. Thanks

Pontikonisi (Mouse Island) is the only island near the airport, just under the approach to runway 35, but it's too small to have a hotel on it. However, there is a hotel called Pontikonisi Hotel situated at Perama, and this has a view of Pontikonisi. You may have been thinking of that.

According to a Greek legend the boat of Odysseus was turned into this island by Poseidon. You can reach the island by a small boat which leaves from the small port opposite. The usual price is 2,5 Euros/person for both directions.
