An hour or less allows for a nice stroll through the area but there are also picnic areas if you want to bring lunch or snacks.

It's always hard packed from snowmobilers such as myself strolling thru looking at them. So yes very feasible.

Yes it is. You can either walk the park or drive the trail. If you walk the park please clean up after your pet.

I don't know if it has exact precise posted hours, but I have driven by many times during all times of the day and it has never been closed during daylight.
