No, its not possible to enter due to the high fences. The drive out to that end of the island is rather nice though. Only if you have transportation of your own rental car/scooter. I wouldnt waste the cost of a taxi or walk all the way. The cliffs behind the lighthouse are nice for a different view of the scenery.
